In 1995, while constructing our first beer menu, we thought – how in the world are we going to get our customers to drink all of these fantastic beers? We figured you would need an incentive to order a Felinfoel Bitter or an Aass Bock. That day, the UFO Club was born.
The club is intended to be fun and educational. We never imagined that folks like Frank the Tank would go around the Ring of Honor TWENTY TIMES. Keep going Frank, we love you man.
We want all of you to learn about the small craft breweries that crank out world-class beers and to spread the word about their quality to your friends and families. Our belief is that you guys will help keep the beer movement alive by seeking out these beers at your local markets and drinking them at your local Saucer. We do our part by helping bring these beers to the market place and by choosing to support the breweries that we think are doing things right.

Lately – we have notices that many members are CHEATING the system. It doesn’t really make sense to me why someone would drink one beer and submit a slip for another, but it was happening. You may have noticed a few changes in procedure lately. This is purely an effort to keep the integrity of the club.
